Scheduled a appointment for 1/22 drove over a hour away for them to tell me they canceled my appointment and lied about trying to contact me & my mother whose phone number was also on file
I am extremely disappointed with Aspen Dental in Griffin. I made an appointment a month in advance for a consultation for some minor recontouring and zoom whitening. I had trouble confirming my appointment through the link provided in my email (it kept giving an error message) so I called the office the morning of my appointment, confirmed that I would be there at 5pm and asked them for my account number in order to fill out my new patient paperwork. Bad place to go I was suppose to get impressions for dentures they wanted to charge me 120 bucks for an exam when all my appointment was for impressions. DO NOT GO HERE FOLKS
I read the reviews and STILL followed through with my appointment (due to being in so much pain). I arrived almost an hour before my appointment time which was at 1445hrs (2:45pm) and I didn’t go to the back until over an hour later. I must say the young lady that did my xrays, was very pleasant and swift. But after I completed my Xrays I was put into a second waiting room which was FREEZING!!!!! Aspen Dental are liars. Period
why would y'all cancel my appointment because I didn't answer if I made the appt I'm coming I took time off work and everything & still couldn't get seen. That is a stupid strategy to cancel bc you don't get a answer.
Emergency sign is misleading, make sure you have an appointment. Went to Griffin office with my wife on Saturday morning with a severe toothache, receptionist was very unsympathetic and rude. Drove to Augusta to be seen on Monday morning, excellent staff!!
close this place before they harm another person
Parents had apt this am 7-19-18 they received text reminders to be on time or would be charged no show fee. Arrived 20 minutes early. Entire facility locked during standard business hours. Called repeatedly, no one would answer phone. Waited an hour in case there had been an accident or it was just a bad day for the office. No one ever showed.
