They didn't tell me there would be a charge up front. I felt as though I was rushed through with no explanation up front as to what they were going to do next.
We'll to start off they gave me meds cause my heart doc wouldn't let them touch me without it and they prescribed the exact meds that it said on my record I was allergic too :( then after waiting 3 hours me in the chair prepped already and my sweet loving husband in his truck waiting in me . The girls up front were nice so I don't want to give this no stars since I liked them however after waiting over a hour past my appointment time and still had another 2 people in front of me from the lady being so slow I ended up leaving without having my exam done that was booked more than a month in advance. I will be sticking with my original dentist and I'm extremely disappointed. I figured with all the great reviews this place would be awesome but aspen dental will not be my new dentist office.
They change your appointment then, they say They didn't have you scheduled, So unorganized when it comes to seeing there patients they take forever I will not go back.
The whole staff from the receptionist to the dentist was very rude and unprofessional.
