I had a referral from our dentist for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed. I called the scheduling line with Aspen (per my insurance) and they scheduled us for the Griffin office. He took off work to make the appointment. Upon arrival, they began with xrays and started doing an exam. I asked once if this was normal for wisdom teeth and told "yes". My dentist couldn’t get me in for an entire month due to bookings. I had a severe tooth ache. No sleep for a week. Went to my doctor to get antibiotics and I still was in discomfort so I called around and aspen dental told me to come in at 7:45 I told them I wanted to get the tooth extracted. So I was under the impression they knew I wanted my tooth pulled got there 40 Mins early. Wasted my time and energy. I made an appt May 2 @ 2:15, told me to be there at 2. I drove from Mcd. To Griffin, I was there before 2, door locked for lunch, It was in 80s, had to sit in car until 2:20. Opened door. Filled out long forms ,about, meds, hospital, etc, Went back I was there to see about having my bottom denture fixed as I dropped and broke it. Well first of all, I went to the office in Griffin and it was freezing, they had no heat on for their customers. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes and froze the whole time, When I did go in for my exam, the lady taking the xray had a very big instrument and tried multiple times to get the xray right. First of all, not every one has a big mouth and i felt like i was being choke so many times by it, aspen need to get smaller sizes of instruments for different sizes of mouth. This place is Awesome went in for xrays and consultation 2days before Thanksgiving hoping to have 2teeth pulled that day but my long term goal was to get a new smile because i Shattered my teeth in a car wreck a few years back n the Dr asked to look in my mouth n i told her i was to embarrassed to let her see n then i asked her to cap a front tooth that was busted so i could smile for the holidays she said that didn't make sense to her and worked things out to give me a whole new smile so i ended up getting all my teeth out ... read more

The people were great but it took 2 hours and forty five minutes to get seen. Atmosphere nice and very clean. People very nice! I'm a very impatient person and after all they called me when my appointment wasn't til Monday.

Very rude and uneducated person at the front desk. My mother had appt. at 7:30 am. For tooth extraction. We had to wait more then 1 hour to get invited in. tech did impression for new dentures. I asked WHY? We come for tooth extraction. Tech told" : This is our policy. We do impression first" After impression done, I ask how long I need wait for doctor to remove tooth what is hurts. Front desk told I MUST MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. This practice Aspen Dental in Griffin engages in questionable business practices.
I had an appointment yesterday with Aspen dental for a molar in which a 30-year-old feeling broken off and took part of my tooth. First, when I initially called two weeks ago to get an appointment, I could not get one right away so I spent two weeks in severe pain. My partial broke Aspen dental was highly recommended due to on sight laboratory I can made an appointment letting them know my partial was broken...guessing they would know how important it was to get replaced..3rd appointment later I questioned it taking so long and the office manager went off on my stating everything was explained to me and if it wasn't she was sorry (but with attitude) I was so stun I didn't know what to say.
