When I went for my appointment, I was nervous. As soon as I met the their working team they made me feel so very comfortable. The Dentist was outstanding. They all explain what they had to do, setting up a payment plan, x-rays, molding process, very patient even with my stiff shoulders during the x-ray part. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Hi. My experience with Aspen Dental in Hadley, MA has been good so far. I called to make a new patient appointment and was offered a time that same day, though I chose to wait until the next day. When I went, my wait time was only like 5 min. The front receptionist was polite and very helpful on filling out the new patient forms. My actual consult with the hygienist and doctor went very well. Aspen Dental in Hadley MA is the best. They make you feel very comfortable. Everything is explained to you pricing procedures and any other questions you mite have. I finally found a dentist for the family.

Went this week to have my wisdom teeth looked at. Had a full exam and wisdom teeth extraction 2 days later. By far the best aspen office I’ve been to, the dentist is friendly and knowledgeable, he’s straight to the point and lets you know what’s going on. The oral surgeon who extracted my teeth was professional and took him less then 10 minutes to do.

I came in for the first time for tooth pain and the appointment went very well. I'm going in for a root canal next week and they were very open with costs and payment plans since I don't have in-state dental insurance and I'm on Medicaid in my home state. I would go in again if I had better insurance.
Very friendly, know what they are doing and very helpful. I totally recommend them
I had a bad experience with my dentist and switched to Aspen. I was really not looking forward to going but with the encouragement of my husband ( who had gone to Aspen before me) I made and kept the appointment. I cannot tell you how much of a positive experience it was . Right from the beginning it was soooo much better!!! The folks are pleasant and friendly. The doctor was sympathetic and helped with all of my questions. Very positive office.
