Total pressure for profit. They’re like a factory that pumps you in, tells you that you have terrible dental health and need TONS of work then offers you financing on the way out. I went in for an emergency tooth issue, was told I needed multiple things done to my mouth and not offered any immediate fix to my AWFUL mouth pain.

I made three appointments and never got seen! I waited more than 45 minutes each time and decided to leave. My days doesn't go around these appointments. I wasted time, energy and money for nothing.

First, I went in to see about getting a tooth removed because I was in so much pain I couldn't function. They refused to give me any pain medication, even though I told them I was taking the maximum amount of Advil, Tylenol AND Ibuprofen one can take in a day without destroying their liver, and they couldn't get me in for a week. Second, they decided I needed about fifteen thousand dollars more work than I actually do. My mother went in for a tooth extraction and left in agony. They didn’t prescribe her anything for pain and sent her home sobbing in the worst pain of her life. The dentist simply told her to take Motrin, and the receptionist was incredibly rude when we called trying to get help.

Compassionate, informative, fun and kind. I was very nervous after breaking a front tooth but they made it painless and absolutely eased my mind. Free xrays and exams and I have a treatment plan in place for future work. I’m very pleased and satisfied with my visit today. The Dentist was non judgmental and did his best to make my worries fade away. The woman who I spoke with about payment was really nice and honestly I enjoyed talking with her a lot. They saved my smile on a holiday and I’m so grateful! Dr. Usman is very skilled! My temporary crown is beautiful I can’t wait to see the permanent one. The woman who I spoke to about payment was fun to talk to! I almost forgot where I was for a bit! Thank you Aspen Dental!

They could return calls, keep their word, complete/finish work they started, tell you when the dentist punctures your sinus not the next day when water runs out of your nose, stop billing you and your insurance, staff could stop talking about their own personal problems in the office to patients........

My son had 4 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday, 7/25/19....anesthesia wore off mid extraction. He asked the dentist to stop!! THEY DID NOT! He had to endure the suffering of 2 more teeth without analgesics!!! They fractured 2 of his front teeth, required sutures to the trauma to his UPPER lip!! You can’t bite upper lip...and suffering still!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! He has insurance, looking for convenience. Probably did not even need extraction! The bill was outrageous!!!!!!!! UNORGANIZED....I went there on Feb 1st for a consultation, after waiting an hour it was clear they didnt have the xrays tranferred to their office from my general dentist as they promised. They told me they would get the xrays and send me an estimate in a couple of days. For weeks I called about getting an estimate on the work needed.
