On Feb 5th I had 21 teeth pulled most were broken, other dentist wouldn't pull them they recommend a specialist whom wanted to cut my gums to remove! I only waited for a few minutes yo be called back, in fact at every visit I never had to wait long. Dr. Shah pulled them all in a little over an hour. Everyone was really sweet, and compassionate. I had a molar that a couple years ago broke from a past procedure I had on it and kept putting it off to get it refixed. Mainly because of money. However, this past Sunday it started hurting bad worse than going into labor. Nothing was open of course, so told my partner if it still hurts I will go to Aspen. I knew bout Aspen because of my girlfriend and knew they took walk-ins. Went in and they were able to fit me in. Everyone was friendly, concerned, nice, and willing to help to fix my problem. I had a tooth that needed either a root canal or to be extracted. I made the decision to have it extracted. The staff were very efficient and I was taken right on time. The dental assistant, Cassandra was very comforting to me, as I was nervous. The Dentist, Dr. Popernack, explained the procedure thoroughly and then was able to complete the procedure, without any problems in just around 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Staff was courteous and professional. Just had the initial visit, work will be next week. I will tell everyone how it goes.
They were very professional. The technicians and Dr Shah were friendly and very caring. I got two crowns and the temporary ones came loose twice and when I called they got me right in to reattach them. I have the permanent ones and they are great. Good Job!!
