Worst experience ever. I will not return. There was an outstanding wait time when I was the only one in the waiting room. When they finally took me back, the other rooms seemed to be empty. It took the dentist himself nearly another hour just to come back in the room. He seemed really off. Took a brief glance at my mouth, and said my teeth were hopeless, that I'd need dentures. RecommendedIf you need teeth fixed you really have to use who is open. Unless you want to wait for your dentist to open. I feel as if I paid $30.00 to much BUT they fixed my problem. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to them. Appt was at 1 pm didn't get fixed till after 2 pm. But now a day later I have very min. pain & it's fading fast. In my case I didn't care what the cost was or how far I would have to drive. Aspen dental needs to get their facility organized
Awful experiences time and again. Hard to get someone to keep you off hold long enough or hang up on you when calling. Cancelled appointments due to staffing shortages. Insurance billed for services not provided. Please do not waste your time. Rude employees. Extended wait times, 6 month follow ups become 9-10 months because they can’t keep hygienists.

poor poor service. doesn't get anything right including billing. you have to stay on top of their billing because they overcharge you. hubby has been in 4 times for his partials & they still don't fit properly. so mad & disappointed.

For our first experience I was disappointed. Not realizing what exactly was going on and the fact we were there for 2 hrs. And was left for many minutes alone with no explanation. Thought things could of moved along better. I did get my teeth cleaned, but my husband did not, and was very upset about that. It's one thing to wait so long, but nothing got done and he was furious. Not sure why this needed to happen, whether over booked or under staffed, but I believe it's something to look into.
