They know how to make an appointment, but cannot keep the appointment. I just received a email that they need to reschedule my appointment on May 15, 10 days away, because they are experiencing a nationwide outage? It is for a teeth cleaning! This is bullshit, Their response::with our system being down there was a scheduling error and we need to reschedule. I made the appointment on January 12th. The system wasn't down then!

I can't get a hold of a person to speak with. I was put on hold 3 times in a row and not once did anyone say a word. they just pick up the receiver and hit hold. so done with them. They canceled my daughter's appointment without a reschedule and no one talks on the phones to get another appointment. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Not aspen as a whole but the Hanover location is horrible. I’m not even going to go into the extractions itself since I was awake for it all (It was horrible towards the end, had to beg to be numbed agai, twice) which was my choice. I had all my upper teeth removed and paid for the top of the line dentures. I got them yesterday, 5/27/2021. When I got there early for my appointment that the lab was running 45 minutes late. I’ve been dealing with unauthorized charges on my account since July. A number of calls and a face to face visit has not resolved issue. Office manager said it would be looked into it and call me. Have never received a call back and issue is still unresolved!

I had dental work done and was always up charged, had procedures preauthorized by my insurance and they keep saying my insurance is not paying for anything they had preauthorized even though I paid every penny of my out of pocket portion. They keep saying the office manager will look into the issue and call me back and never does, this was 4 times and keep getting bills and now getting automated phone calls.
