Having read the reviews from others, I am not sure we had the right place, but having recently moved to Weeki Wachee, we were referred to this office by our insurance company. Both my wife and I had an examination, full x-rays and open discussions with the dentist. The result was, we both needed a deep clean, plus 1 filling each. The clean in each case was very thorough and was set out in 2 consecutive days so that one half could be done each day, lasting an hour for each of us each time. Every visit I sat in dental chair for 20 -60 minutes, every once in awhile someone would pop in and apologize for the wait, but this happened on every visit.

From the moment I walked into the door everyone from the receptionist to the x-ray tech, Hygienist, Doctor, care management, and financial service representative, were all kind, compassionate, and professional. This dental practice gets 5 stars from me!! I highly recommend this office!

My complaint is NOT the Doctor!!!!!!! My complaint is toward the older women in the office,!! Because I'm hard if hearing I speak louder but never never disrespectful!!!!!! My Dentist is and always has been great, gentle and kind. I've used them prior and recommend them to family and friends. The rudeness from the older Iady was totally and completely unfounded. Such a shame the patient is scolded for talking louder once hearing aids were removed. Then told not asked to leave after setting in the dental chair . Such a sham... read more

Last year, in 06/28/2024, I visited Aspen Dental in Inverness and paid upfront for an examination, as they refused to accept my dental insurance. I wanted to have an extraction, but they recommended a root canal and a crown, quoting an outrageous price. I declined their offer and took my business elsewhere. Today 06/28/2025, I noticed a charge on my bank card that I believed was unauthorized, so I contacted my bank and filed a report. The receptionist did not acknowledge us when we came in. Too busy looking at her screen. When they were doing x-rays, they first were gagging me with the bite wing, then switched to a smaller one that was still cutting the roof of my mouth. They exposed me to the radiation 5 times and still did not have 1 x-ray they could use, so I left. Draw your own conclusions...

The Homosassa, Fl Aspen abandoned my treatment completely because of an irrational woman dentist (my dentist was suppose to be a man) wouldn't make my partial denture until I let a hygienist scrape the 2 teeth I have left. 2 teeth. I'm 68 and have already lost all my teeth except 2. A scraping could cause cracks or some damage. Besides, I thought the customer was always right.
