I went there and they front desk staff was very friendly, however they lied to me. They said they were running a special on extractions for $132. So, I went and after all the X-Rays and everything, they said it would cost me $777.00 dollars to extract 3. At $132.00 it should have been$392.00 but, I was in so much pain for 3 weeks. I just want those back teeth removed. I went back next day to get them extracted. I went there shortly after they opened to became a new patient but I'm glad I didn't become one. From the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out of this dentist office it does nothing but try to sell you and convince you to buy things from them. I felt like I was at an auction not a dentist office. All I wanted was a standard cleaning. i found the staff to be extremely friendly and the facility was clean and professional. the problem i had was the wait time. The young girl behind the desk didn't even acknowledge me??!! i was asked to come early and I still waited. I was then taken for x-rays. and then to a room to wait, and wait, for the hygienist to come. very sweet woman and then was left to wait some more for the dentist. Understanding that this is a new office, and it requires time for processes to run smoothly, nonetheless, this office and support staff has one of the worst levels of customer service I have experienced. I called the office on Friday, August 5th, to set an appointment. Call was not returned. I then called Monday, August 8th, and spoke to "Sharon" shortly after 10:00 AM.
