Absolutely terrible. There were too many issues involved to mention here. The biggest was that my meds were never called in by the dentist, prescribed at my free consultation. The second issue was that I was charged ahead of time for the care plan total without my knowledge. What a shock it was to find that I was charged more than 4,000 dollars on my card and that it was literally maxed out. I never signed for payment, got a receipt or anything. Plus side - easy to get online and make an appointment. I made an appt for a cleaning & x-rays. I told them I just moved to the area & needed a new dentist. This location is very convenient. I was SO disappointed to find out this was just a "meet & greet". They called it a "consultation". If my teeth were bad or they had not been cleaned in a long time, I could understand the need for a pre-exam. That wasn't the case. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs.
