i found the staff to be extremely friendly and the facility was clean and professional. the problem i had was the wait time. The young girl behind the desk didn't even acknowledge me??!! i was asked to come early and I still waited. I was then taken for x-rays. and then to a room to wait, and wait, for the hygienist to come. very sweet woman and then was left to wait some more for the dentist. Understanding that this is a new office, and it requires time for processes to run smoothly, nonetheless, this office and support staff has one of the worst levels of customer service I have experienced. I called the office on Friday, August 5th, to set an appointment. Call was not returned. I then called Monday, August 8th, and spoke to "Sharon" shortly after 10:00 AM.
