they don't let family back with the patients though patients are F*ING TERRIFIED of dentist unfortunately they're the only ones that take my insurance

they don't let family back with the patients though patients are F*ING TERRIFIED of dentist unfortunately they're the only ones that take my insurance. Aspen Dental is also insanely overpriced. I've been quoted for $15,000 for both uppers and lower implants without insurance, you wanted over $20k for just uppers. The dentist wasn't an oral surgeon but works with one and knew the charge. Plus my insurance covers oral surgery like any other surgery, and dentures (not implants) in full, I called and double checked. Their staff... read more

Save yourself the time and go to the one in Bryant. I scheduled an appointment for a tooth that has me in extreme pain to the point I went to the ER. First appointment was scheduled 10/7, then got rescheduled due to office manager out to 10/12, then on 10/11 I get a call that they need to reschedule again to 10/19 because they double booked. I called Bryant on 10/11, was seen on 10/11 and am have a plan and am having it extracted on 10/12. If you are in pain or need work looked at in a timely manner, go to Bryant.

Made an appointment online for Thursday. Got a text message to call today before my appointment in 2 days. When I called they said I wasn’t on the schedule and that it’s not good to make appointments online, you should call and talk to a rep. Now I don’t have an appointment at all.

I had a tooth emergency and they were so accommodating and not only took care of me, but followed up and made me feel welcome.

They take your money and then ignore you afterwards. I paid for a crown. When the crown fell out after hours I couldn’t get anyone to answer a call. Don’t waste your money.

The service is great, but the wait time is not. Every appointment I have, I end up waiting at least 30-45 minutes in the waiting area. A few times I waited that long and was then moved to another waiting area in the back for an additional 30-45 minutes. I understand that Aspen Dental wants to provide services to everyone, but their staff needs to be equipped to do so and better scheduling would also help.

You could start with customer service. Got my wife in immediately for initial appointment but once they got their money it have to wait three weeks plus to make an appointment! A 2.3 rating out of 5 is generous.
