I have a regular dentist but I went for a quick exam because I had some sensitivity and this place was convenient. After the exam they wanted to do over $500 worth of work just because I had said that I had some sensitivity. I left, eventually that sensitivity went away with me brushing better. I went back to my regular dentist (the one I have seen for years and years) for a cleaning and he said everything’s looks good and that my teeth/mouth is healthy. Do not go here. EVERYTHING y'all suck. very poor services, very unorganized, and un professional.
NEVER GO HERE!! Ive received such terrible service over the last few months. it’s literally just been one thing after another with these people. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. No one communicates with each other at this office, they don’t care about their patients. My recent bad experience was they completely messed up what was suppose to just be a capped tooth. My daughter had a 3:30 appointment. It is now 5:07 and they still haven’t started her work that she has already paid for. This appointment is because during her last appointment (2 weeks ago) they were supposed to do 3 fillings; but they were so late getting started that they couldn’t finish all of them before they were going to close. in the 60 years of going to the dentist, I have never had one cancel my appt because I did not call back to confirm. obviously, you do not need my money and I will spend it elsewhere. Shout out to Dr Sharks in Bryant and his staff who DID take my emergency seriously. I wish you guys werent so far away!
They advertise one price but after filling in paperwork, sitting there for 45 minutes. They want double the amount in ad.
The first trip in there was quite an experience. normally for your first appointment you'd walk in, get x-rays, talk to the dental hygienist, talk to the dentist about going over your x-rays, and then get your teeth cleaned. Not so with this office. they do take you in got x-rays, talk with the hygienist, and come up with a plan with the dentist but that's where it ends on your first appointment. The first appointment they got me in quick then after telling me what I would get instead of listening to what I told them I wanted they put me in a lounge for an hour before checking out to figure up my plan. 3 different people told me they are calling my insurance company now and would get me in a minute then eventually had to walk out without even the Antibiotics they were suppose to give me for infection and pain. I felt like they didn’t care that I was sitting there in pain waiting
