I was lied to by the scheduler who quoted me a price of 120 for an extraction & also set up an appt for a free X-ray & exam to evaluate the impacted infected wisdom tooth I have. Get to the office THIRTY MILES from my house only to be told that an X-ray of ONLY my wisdom tooth would be $66 and would be a waste of my time & pointless because they don’t do wisdom teeth....oh then to top it all off the supervisor of the patient satisfaction line hung up on me when demanded to pull the recorded call.
I have had 2 appointments rescheduled since my second visit within a month. Hygienist had family problems and was not replaced yet. I got a bill for services before my FIRST visit. This is not professionalism as far as I'm concerned! Prices are outrageous!

Sandra Muoghaku a dentist there was not willing to get me the patient out of pain by simply getting my tooth temp filled. Was only there since I lost a filling. Thinks Motrin and Ibuprofen are to separate things and should be alternated. Told to go to Walmart for a over the counter filling material. But even with that they try to sell you there special toothbrushes. Chain dentistry at its finest. No bed side manner which really doesn't matter I guess if they are getting the patient taking care of. But they had zero desire. W... read more
Better have lots of money. High priced. Should have shopped around but hubby was in a lot of pain. $258 for pulling 2 teeth. Simple extractions. My dentist charged me $80 per tooth. But this is my fault. Should have asked for price BEFORE making the appt.

Very professional and friendly, never had to wait and my hygienist was wonderful. Good experience both times I've been there.
Unless you have money this place is rude and pushes you aside. Wait time was ridiculous and they told me a time to be there then when I got there she called me a liar and gave me a different time. Then she had the nerve to tell me since your not a morning person I guess we'll start making your appointments in the morning. I will never go back here again
