It is no less expensive than most dentists. I had heard it was. Also, all I wanted was a general estimate for a root canal, but I could not get one without a visit and x-rays, I had a cd rom of recent x-rays, but they couldn't open it. I was charged for x-ray and visit.
I think your staff needs a little bit more compassion.

Recommend to others. I'm having a good experience there kind and helpful text to remind me of appointments go in and within 10 minutes I'm in the chair and you no just what you owe before you leave .

I can't really express how bad my experience was there. The office manager was awful and although she thought she had the phone on mute I overheard her telling the clerk on the phone with me that "there was no fucking way" I could reschedule an appointment that she set up for me after I told her we needed to wait because I was getting a second insurance policy after I got married and it was going to pay for some of the bill. Needed a Dental visit for a crown that fell out - couldn't get off Cape to my own dentist, Aspen Dental was so welcoming and accommodating, and the visit was very professional . To my surprise they processed everything through my insurance so I didn't even have a bill when I was done! I am very grateful.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here in November and was treated very rudely, told I had cavities and gingivitis, and that it was necessary I get all of my wisdom teeth removed and pay a down-payment of $2,000 if I wanted to book an appointment with an oral surgeon.
