The "used car salesmen" of the dental world! Expect to be up-sold, without regard for your best interest! READ THE REVIEWS ON YELP! I wish I had. I went in for a very painful cavity, which they couldn't even find. Samar Syed, DMD refused to even LOOK in my mouth for it until pressed (she had an x-ray they required, but had zero intention on doing anything). They also pulled many teeth from me....I doubt most needed to be pulled and then went on to put in 2 bridges, one year apart because I couldn't afford the $9200+ all at one time. Both bridges broke within 3 years. The first one was replaced but they won't replace the second one unless I spend ANOTHER $277 for an exam! Do not go there!
My brother had his teeth removed and after his first adjustment with the temps, was told by dentist to call if he need another adjustment and he would get him right in. NOT. My brother cannot get past the receptionist to see dentist. When he told her he couldn't eat because of all the pain, she told him to eat at Dairy Queen! Beware of this receptionist in Janesville, Wi.
Absoulety the worst dental office I've ever been to. Everything from my first appointment to my scheduled oral surgery. Waste of my time. They seriously need help with organizational skills. You lost a client and I will make sure everyone I know knows about my experience.

Jayme was so rude and unprofessional. She was bad mouthing the appearance of the person who brought me to my appointment and was very bad at communicating. Went in for an extraction and waited two and a half hours before getting a refund for the service and leaving. Drove all the way from Madison for a same day emergency tooth and they could not care less. Very poor service! Three tries to get a denture mold they were happy with. Four tries to get it to fit. Still can’t wear it. You’d think that a company with that much experience and so called professionals they could get it right the first time.

Stay away!!!!! My husband had some major dental work done and they gave us a dollar amount we had to pay, which with my insurance, I thought was slightly high but it was a lot of work so I wasn’t making too big of a deal. After the work was done, we kept getting bills saying we owed $5000. Which this is well over double what we were quoted that we had to pay.
