I rate them a 5 for being very nice, caring, an informative during my visits... They took their time to answer all my questions without hesitation or judgment which means a lot to me. I'm very distrustful of drs, dentists, etc.. but they made me feel very comfortable and at ease.. I have recommended to several friends already an will in the future! Got my tooth pulled and Dr. Pham was great ! she is quick and I like that . The last time I went to a dentist it took awhile it seemed for him to pull my tooth because I remember thinking how I wish He could just pull it and get it over with and I thought He was having a hard time getting the tooth out or something and I could feel the pressure like He was trying to get it out ! but this time at Aspen it was like wow ! its pulled lol! I've only been a couple of times so far, but my experience has been great! They truly care about you as an individual, you're not just another face in the crowd. They do everything in their power to help you and make you comfortable! I feel like no one truly enjoys going to dentist but the staff at JC Aspen Dental are incredible!! Friendly, fun, informative, and extremely welcoming! Mother Teresa is THE BEST!
The staff at this location are AWESOME. They really make you feel at ease and relaxed. I, like most people don't look forward to going to the dentist, but I must say that Jen, Bethany and the rest of the staff always greet you with a smile and I always leave with one. They really are great.
