I can say with complete sincerity that I have never in 58 years been treated with the care and the compassion that I received from your team starting with Dr. Pham and the complete staff at your office. I have already been raving about your team to others and I am sure many of my friends will be coming to Aspen for their future needs as well. made an appointment almost a month ago for a crown, and mind you I have spoken to this office 3/4 times and was never told a word. Get a call two days before his appointment to tell us that our insurance wouldn’t cover anything, and not even 5 minutes after that phone call I receive another saying that we actually won’t even be able to be seen. I have consistently gone to aspen dental in Johnson City for years. I always keep my 6 month appts. I recently had a routine appointment in September, and less than one month later I have a black cavity near my gum line. How did that get missed, even with x rays?? Now, I can't get in until January. There is no excuse. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go. I am very disappointed. Also, If this happens to you, I would recommend calling your insurance company. I will no longer be an aspen dentist customer. I had an appointment last Tuesday and got a cleaning (deep). They charged me for a deep cleaning when my insurance covers regular cleanings for free. They explained that a deep cleaning is different but I am not sure that what ever they did is 280.00 different nor did it seem like it was different from a regular cleaning. They also broke a filling during the cleaning and was told I have to wait till December and would have to pay for it (not my fault). I contacted the regional ... read more

Have called 7 times to reschedule an appointment. Have been hung up on 6 times, placed on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on for the 7th time. When I ain't there for my appointment then I that's on y'all 🤷🏻‍♀️
