I have been going to dentists for a long time and I have never encountered the professionalism, enthusiasm, and "bed side manner" I did with Aspen dental. I have a LOT of dental problems which, if you didn't know me you would assume were drug related. And in the past I have been "shamed & shunned" by other dentists. One of which flat out refused to help me. But not here. Their ONLY concern was/is helping me get my smile back. They presented me with my options and not once... I had an appointment yesterday at Aspen Dental and my experience was nothing less than perfect! The staff was very informative, pleasent and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment at Aspen Dental, as they are the most professional and friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet!
THE PEOPLE ARE ALL NICE & FRIENDLY, BUT THERE SEEMED TO BE A LOT OF CONFUSION GOING ON. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE TRAINING SOME NEW PEOPL,E. THEY were, HOWEVER VERY EFFICIENT WITH US. WHATEVER JENNY HOPSON IS BEING PAID IS Not ENOUGH!!! I DONT KNOW IF SHE IS THE OFFICE MANNAGER, BUT SHE WAS SOLVING EVERYONE ELSES PROBLEMS. SHE WAS HELPING ABOUT 5 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME & KEPT HER COOL & MAINTAINED A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US! & make sure we had a good experience.
This is the best dental office I've found in Tn.. Their work is impeccable. They bend over backwards to accomidate you with appointments. everyone in the office is wonderful and the dentist is top notch. They also let you know exactly what it is going to cost with no surprises.I highly recomend them. The drive from Greeneville is well worth it!
My first visit was a great experience, very kind caring staff, Jenny was great, highly recommended, dealt with my little mouth and strong tongue with grace lol

I have more fun coming to Aspen Dental than I thought I would. We all just laugh and cut up, but when it's time to get to it, they are professional all the way. I love it here.
