I had my first appt Feb. 24,2018 . So far I am very happy with the services and professional treatment from all the excellent pro customer service from everyone I came into contact with. There is such a difference from my last dental experience. When I left I knew what other problems I had besides a tooth that broke off and a print out of the charges to have the necessary treatment. Got me in quick when I needed fillings and Dr. Bernhard did a great job adjusting my bite. When I got my teeth cleaned by Ashley it was quick and painless compared to when I've got my teeth cleaned elsewhere.
I had been having nothing but trouble w/ insurance and prior denist experiences in Redding. My husband, children and I have had nothing but excellent service with funny, polite, thorough staff. Which includes office ,techs, lab & denist(s) work. Very grateful and staying with this great place.
Hard to believe I had a good time at a dentists office! Sonya D is a crack up! Never thought I’d be laughing while getting a crown!

New patient exam was very thorough and not "rushed" at all. Hope to start my treatment soon as records are transferred from another office.I don't have dental insurance and there was no charge for exams and xrays, wow! Sonya is still her amazing self, I remember her from a former dentist's office. Thanks for the attention Aspen Dental, I'll be back.

I just want to tell you that this Aspen Dental Office has absolute BEST dental assistant on the planet! Her name is Sonya D. and I LOVE it when she’s my dental assistant! She’s funny, fast, and she really knows what she’s doing! You will never walk away feeling underserved or like “just another patient” when you go there!
So today I overcame my fear of dental offices, cant wait for my new smile and teeth health, i gotta give credit to the real mvps Matthew,om Ashlie, RDH and Ladean ...they all were awesome and it was truly one of the best customer related experiences, klamath falls aspen dental you ROCK!
Dental hygienist was very friendly and professional. Appreciated frequent breaks so I wasn't drowning in my saliva.
