RecommendedThey will take care of you and show some compassion in the process. On the other hand, you have to watch the billing very carefully. I have had to contact my insurance in order to report an errant charge - one made for a service that was not provided. Also, this morning, I declined a treatment that I did not feel I needed. Using both fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash, I did not want a fluoride treatment. Additionally, I paid in advance for 4 gingival irrigations @$14.+ each. RecommendedIt felt good to see my insurance finally go through on my last visit. If I had to give any criticism it would have been that the staff there wouldnt take my insurance, but I met a new staff member there that helped me out a lot with it. She made my day, and I'm happy to keep visiting.
