Dr.Silva and Jade were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk women were not kind or easy to work with . I had to call multiple times and then with an Advocate to actually get the help I needed. I had a dry socket and was extreme pain. I really hope they are retrained because the rest of the practice is wonderful!
Dr Carson and Dr Ahmed work hand and hand, and have a great team relationship with their hygienist Megan and their DA's Chantel, Bella, & Rafael. Their lab technicians Mark and Lindsey pay attention to detail always willing to step in to provide extra attention for denture cases when needed. Their office manager Destiny is kind and understanding to everyone's financial needs, always willing to work out a payment plan that fits everyone's budget.
