unbelievably high prices, and their "affordable" financing is 50% down... whos got 2or3 grand layin around for down payment when its unexpected due to a dental emergency?...

Aspen Dental Lancaster agreed to honor the Vienna Wva pricing because the West Virginia office was booked for almost 2 months and I needed the work done right away..Because they said they would honor the discount price I received from Vienna WV with my dental plan I allowed them to do the procedure. Aspen Dental Lancaster has twice messed up our billing and insurance. They have completely "lost" an appointment I showed up for then they had to reschedule me. They refuse to follow thru with write-offs and send you to collections regardless. Then they called today saying I missed an appointment that I know was scheduled for Jan 9th. They never did a reminder call. There's ONLY ONE hygienist!!! They are unorganized and unprofessional. This place is not worth the "corporate convenience."

The dentist and the hygienist were nice and very knowledgeable which is why they are getting a two star. If I was just rating on customer service, patient satisfaction, and privacy I wouldn’t rate them negative stars (if possible) The staff is rude on a frequent basis, zero communication if they are running behind (not a little more like 20-30 minutes) zero value in patient time or concerns. Set up an appt yesterday to. Get a tooth pulled went in got X-ray's everything was going great go back get in the chair the dentist came in looked then a lady from upfront came said OK we are ready. I'm. Thinking to myself. Ummm.... The tooth is still. In there. She proceeds to tell Me that the dentist says i have to have surgery to remove it. I said why can't he just pull it. PEOPLE—-PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS!! The dentists and dental hygienists are fine. Customer service in Lancaster and the whole company SUCK!!! I had to have a crown. MY 50% amount was $526 and I paid it! In cash! Someone in the office SWITCHED my PRIMARY insurance carrier FROM Superior Dental to Medigold, which I in NO WAY approved or even signed anything to ALLOW this to happen! Customer service is horrible at Aspen dental. My son had to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and his appt was at 1130. Get there early to fillnout paper work and wasn't called back til 1245, yes an hour and 15 minutes later than our scheduled appt. No one at the front desk even explained or said the surgeon was running late, they put a sign out saying the front desk staff were in a meeting. I do not recommend anyone to any of the Aspen dentals
