I think the Aspen in Lancaster is Great. The whole staff was amazing and friendly. Ty was really nice. I felt like I was at home!
They were all very nice and made me feel very comfortable 😁
I love this place. Whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a really big fear of going to the dentist. I can't even describe how bad that fear is. Dr. Que is by far the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. He is understanding and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. He is also very good about explaining what is going on. The staff at Aspen dental welcomed me into there office. They treated me wonderful and made me feel like I have been a patient for a while. Dr. Que was very great in explaining the problem I was having and explained the treatment necessary to resolve the problem I was experiencing. From the moment you walk into Aspen Dental, you walk into the most friendly atmosphere. The receptionist if I had to grade her on a Scale she is a R. The Tech that took me back was a 5 as well. The Finance lady was a 5+. Went to see the Dentist, the Dr made me feel so relaxed, I kinda thought I was home 5+ for the Dentist. My experience at Aspen Dental was like I walked into a Dentistry building.
