I recommend that nobody get dentures made by Aspen Dental in Lancaster Ohio!! I had to have my top teeth pulled in the 1st quarter of 2016, and I went to this dentist, BIG MISTAKE!! I was given a temporary denture that had no back teeth, just the outside of the teeth straight down. I went in to have adjustments and complained and was told they could remake them but they would do it next time I come in. Worst service ever. Not even apologetic for a 30 minute wait after original appointment time. Displayed confidential information including social security number very openly on front desk. Left without being seen and will not be returning back.
Sign says emergency and walk-ins welcome however I was turned away. I was told they weren't accepting any today. When I asked when do you accept walk-ins they said normally they do but because they would close soon (50mins) they would not. I work 3rd shift and just woke up on a Friday afternoon with a horrible toothache, I didn't purposely wait all day to come in.
Your staff are very nice but the work o my denture was not. Picked it up on a Friday and it looked very good. The first bite of my dinner caused such a loud crack that everyone at the table heard it. Should have lasted a lot longer than that
I will never recommend anyone going to Aspen. Their mode of operation is to maximize the work. When I went to have a tooth pulled I was pulled into a area where 2 people basicly said unless a signed a contract to have 4500.00 worth of work and dentals done they would not do it. New car salesmen have more manors than they do.
I first came to aspen dental, needing a wisdom tooth extracted. After looking at the xray, the dentist determined that i did in fact need a wisdom tooth extracted. But his "professional" opinion was that since he would already be in my mouth digging out one tooth , that the other should be extracted as well. Since he is a professional, i accepted his diagnosis.
