My 86 year old mother’s dentures broke clean in two Friday morning. They got us in that afternoon. I knew we were looking at replacing dentures. �� But NO! They fixed them good as new in a short amount of time while we waited. $49.00!! ��Mom has dementia and they were so patient. Thank you to all the kind and competent staff for rescuing us! �

RecommendedThe people are all very nice and helpful at the location I went to. I checked with my uncle who is a retired lab tech about what I was having done and he said the prices they were charging were very reasonable. I just wish they would give poor elderly people living on Social Security ONLY, a break! Also, they need to show patients how to insert appliances, i.e partials, plated etc. I got sick the night after receiving mine and had to take it out to rinse it off--had a horrible time getting it back in! My hygienist was very nice, and explained things well. Which helped me relax. A little puzzling though because I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to get called back, since when I walked in the waiting room was empty. I am a regular patient, and this is the longest I have had to wait. Checking out the young lady was very nice helping me set up for future appointments for more needed work.

I needed a Dentist quickly for an urgent matter, and mine was off for the day and would not be able to see me for several days. A friend suggested I try Aspen Dental. They were able to arrange for me to see the doctor that very afternoon. Since I had not been there before, they took several x-rays, had the doctor see me, and I was on my way! I felt no pressure from the doctor, and I was appreciative of that since I have a family dentist. I would recommend Aspen Dental.

Had four impacted wisdom teeth that needed taken out. I have never been put under and never had any major injuries or illnesses. I don’t know the womans name but her and the oral surgeon really helped. I have such a bad phobia of needles and was so worried about being put under. Those two really helped me relax and put me at ease. Felt like I was in really good hands!

I got an appointment within 1 day, which was great! The one thing that bothered me the receptionist was complaining about a customer with me sitting in the reception area, which I feel was very unprofessional. But who knows what she experienced with the customer. All other staff from the technition who took the x-rays, the Dentist and the Dental Hygenist who took my impressions for dentures were all very professional and very nice. They explained everything to me and overall it was a good experience.
