I had a very good experience at Aspen when I had a problem with my partial plate. I saw Dr S. and she was able to solve my problem. I left my plate there and picked it up the next day and it was fixed perfectly. The staff treated me fine and I was especially Happy with Dr S. who was especially pleasant and so helpful being the fact that my partial plate was not done by Aspen Dental. I have a small cavity and only want her to take care of it when I make my appointment.
My mom recently began going to the Latham Office and was going in for a procedure and was a bit nervous, the dental assistant Shawna was absolutely wonderful. She really made her feel comfortable and answered all her questions without hesitation. The Dr. was wonderful too but Shawna really made the experience for my mother better. She is excellent at her job and very knowledgeable.
