I haven’t been to a dentist in12years. Had a terrible toothache. Everyone at the Latham, NY office treated me great. I was not only in pain but nervous. Each employee with their different jobs were very nice and answered all my questions. All and all I need over $12,000 worth of work. I will be having all my dental work done by Aspen Dental. Great group!

The hygienist was very nice and made sure that I felt comfortable through the entire process. They made sure that I knew what they doing during each step and appeared to genuinely care about my well being! I would highly recommend them

It had been over 40 years since my 88 year old Mother had been to a Dentist. With holes in her dentures and her teeth worn flat, I set out to find one. After many calls I found Aspen Dental in Latham. I was taken by the receptionist's friendliness and professionalism in answering my questions: were they handicap accessible as my Mom is in a wheelchair, did they have varying prices and products as she is 88 with no dental insurance and could they do them with a minimal number of visits as it was hard getting her out of the ho... read more
Satisfactory in almost all respects...superior in some. Two important ones rate superior....customer relations and support as well as delivery of effective dental treatment.
I've neglected my teeth for a good year whilevconcentrating on my mother...should not have done. Now I need 4 out and have a couple other issues, but Aspen has been very understanding and helpful. Never been fond of going to any dentist but have no issues with either staff or dentist...She's great. My only issue is the cost of services, even with insurance but as with anything the cost keeps going up
