This place is 1 hr away from me but came highly recommend because the dentist here do good work. I had my consultation but didn't get any financial detail that day because the person who handles this wasn't there. Had a tooth extraction, so much pain. He was rough
My experience with this office on now 2 occasions have been absolutely terrible. On May 4th I was scheduled for a root canal, and halfway through the procedure the “dentist” stopped working on my exposed root to see another patient for a total of 30+ minutes. Today (5/26) I went back because I experienced the same pain I had before the root canal while I was eating a week or so ago. I normally don’t complain about services. But I was truly baffled by the treatment I received today at Aspen Dental in Lawrence. I was scheduled for a 1:30pm cleaning and a 2:30pm filling. I was greeted with amazing service & brought back in on time. My dental hygienist did my cleaning SO WONDERFUL. I then waited for my 2:30pm appointment which was completely fine with me!
