Worst of the worst ! Over a year & my daughter is still having issues. Pain & infections. Has had to spend so much money seeing other providers. My heart hurts for all she has gone thru as a 23 yr old. Aspen pretty much admitted their faults with procedures & did reimburse her part of what she had to pay, but the fact that she now continues to suffer with issues that could have been prevented is unacceptable. Please don't go there just because it may seem cheaper or more convenient! BAD CHOICE !!!!

Had a cap put on. It was to high and I had them grind it down at that time and they said it was good after they checked it. Wasn't touching. A couple days later I was in extreme pain and couldn't handle hot or cold. Couldn't chew on that side. Called and had to make a appointment but it was a week out even after I had told them how much pain I was in I finally went to another dentist. Aspen dental in Lawrence has to many negatives

Place is a joke! Don't go here, they will lie about the price of ANYTHING & EVERYTHING! They will shove anything in your face and charge you after! They will do more damage than help!!!! DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL! You WILL regret it! 100%! You are better off losing your teeth than having them touch it! WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!

This is absolutely the worst dental clinic I have ever been to. I have been trying to get one set of teeth to work to no avail. I have 2 1/2 sets and they told me it was my fault. I have had to sit there and wait for an hour and a half in the waiting room before being seen. I have seen every dentist and tech they have in there. They even had people from other clinics help them out. And if you're there long enough you'll see almost everyone in the place leave and be replaced. So, what does that tell you? Terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone I made an appointment last week because I had an emergency and they offered me a service that, while there, they could never fulfill. The doctor came out half an hour later and said that he did not do that type of work. I waited over a week and they just made me waste my time with them!

Just look at the reviews and that'll tell you shouldn't go to this place. When the majority of reviews are bad, well... It's factory dental care and they try to sell you work that you don't need. And watch. They will do a phony nice response ti this just to try and still look good. Seriously?

I use to think this place was alright but after four years of Denture problems and finally being able to try for resolution (I've been there 2 times since July for adjustments to my bottom teeth) we found out my warranty is good but we owe them a mystery 146 dollars "that went to collections but we can pay them right now( not the collections they sent it to?) If there was a way to give no stars for this company, I would. I dealt with these people since May 2022. While the staff were friendly enough, I was not per the treatment provided and their ineptness was evident. I had all lower teeth pulled and temp plates made that are so big that they fall out of my mouth, I had to take several impressions and when they made the final set, they again were to big and I was told everyone's mouth is different, and there was nothing else they could do on the fit. I rescheduled dentists for a while before coming here. Then I had some dental emergencies and had to choose a place.. I couldn't get into any dentists near me for months!! So I came to Aspen Dental. The first appointment ever, they had been hacked and I had to pay out of pocket, still haven't received any info on that; when I ask I get looked at like I'm crazy.
