I had the most wonderful experience at the Lenoir City Office. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I have worn bad fitting dentures for several years and had just about given up ever enjoying a meal again. I got a beautiful set of teeth that fit great and allow me to chew just about anything without a half a tube of glue to hold them in. I am so pleased. Everyone from the front office to Dr Cho were wonderful! They are so friendly and professional! I am a very nervous dental patient but everyone put me at ease. I will recommend them to everyone! If you need dental work done go see them at Lenoir City!!!
I went to experience the Aspen Dental group/Staff in Lenoir City, on a emergency Call and "Made Appointment" for a Infected Tooth that needed to be extracted. While there appeared to be a misunderstanding for my visit that was more so treated as a consultation, without addressing "Why" I came in, in the first place ..." The removal of the infected Tooth", did Dr. Sho came to my rescue. I am sooo Sooo grateful ...She was absolutely wonderful in her communication and MOST Certainly EXCELLENT in her craft.
