I had the worst experience here. I usually write only good reviews, but I thought I have to write it down for other people. This place is a scam. I have been having a severe tooth pain for a long time, have been going to different dentists. My American husband finally found this place and went with a hope. Where do I start with this people? I just moved to town and I’m in the middle of getting settle etc. Since I don’t know any dentist in the area I decided to look at my "provided list" and I end up going to this place. At first they were really nice and I specifically asked to have my teeth clean and that was it. The lady answering the phone confirmed my appointment and reassure me that I will be taking care off. every time I was told a procedure/s would be done, it was either rescheduled or half-done, calling for yet another visit. when they finally deliver on the services I've already paid for, I will never return. I'm still waiting for them to deliver their end of the agreement

i went in as a new patient...with severe tooth pain in one tooth...after a guerling x-ray and a talk with the dentist they gave me an estimate of 3000.00 but still I thought it is what it is. Because of infection they gave me antibiotics and I asked for something for pain...they gave me Motrin..it was not effective at all and I was and am in such pain my chest hurt..so I called and they just told me there was nothing they could do . And to Dr. Geetika: you are simply the best dentist I have ever been to!! 🦷 🥰 I can not recommend them enough!! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best...these staff members are a 12!!!

This is why insurance rates are so high! I have never had so many x-rays. No way was it necessary. You have to make 2 trips just to get your teeth cleaned. That’s 2 hours of my time. I only went because they were on my insurance plan.
They did not do the work I paid them $4000 to do The dentist was totally unproffesional in that she simply refused to do her job.I am filing complaints against her with the Tennessee Department of Health and The Dental Peer Review. I am considering a lawsuit as well.
Recommendation! Get a second opinion! When a dentist offers financing for dental cleaning get a second opinion! Never paid more then $92 in the most expensive state in the country of California for deep ultrasonic cleaning & I get my teeth cleaned three times a year. The original cost for cleaning without insurance would have been over $1300 but since I had insurance today it is “only” going to be $756?? Get a second opinion is my recommendation !
