aspen dental severely messed up my husband's mouth. Made him keep his 6 week throw away dentures for almost a year, and a surgery, and all kinds of bone fragments left in his gums, then they make the permanent set and say maybe a liner would help. who gets permanent dentures and needs a soft liner??? And now because I, his wife, said something about getting an attorney, they said I am not allowed back in their office. My brother went in to get cavities fixed, the first visit the dentist filled his cavities way too low. Went back and the dentist fixed them and agreed they were too low. A few days later now and one of his filling just popped out of his tooth late tonight.

I've made several office visits and they were fine. The office is clean and everybody was very friendly. However, I had a procedure and I was told my insurance covered most it- I paid the remainder. Almost 2 months later I got bill from Aspen saying my insurance ran out and I owe them more money. Now, I'm not suprised about my insurance nor how long its taken, but what does get me is that Aspen Dental only gave me 1 Week (well, really 6 days) to pay my bill.

I am the husband of the account holder. I was in there on Thursday morning. The offices tactics and refusal to provide service unless I pre-paid $1300 for unneeded services. Issues I had: dentist old me 4 recent fillings were most likely old, from when I was younger (less than 7 years for almost all of them except 1, which was only 1 year old can’t a dentist tell how old a filling is???) This has been a horrible experience. If you have insurance they will use 200 of your benefits for the initial exam even though the sign in their window says 19.95

I had my consultation today. Things went well. Nice staff very pleasant, clean office. I really don't have any dental experience yet so we will see next week for my filing.
