Aspen why do you charge 1400$ to people with no insurance for a crown? The average for Lexington is 960$ ?please respond as I can see the only comments that get responded to are good reviews.
Worst dentist office ever ,so I make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth cut out. Take off work and when i get there they said its gonna be an additional almost 1500. So thanks Aspen. costed me a day without pay. I hope you all go bankrupt.
don't not go there! I spent over 6 thousand dollars there. after many months of treatment. my permanent denture was placed in the first week of may. I have had abraised mouth tissue, terrible fit and pain. I have lost 50 plus lbs. because I can not eat. this is documented by my primary dr. this place is rediculous!
***edit*** MY 3 MONTH OLD CROWN FELL OFF TWICE IN A WEEK. THE SECOND TIME WAS AFTER LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF IT BEING BACK ON WHILE I WAS EATING A SOFT SANDWHICH. NEVER GO TO ASPEN. GO TO A REAL DENTIST. I SPENT 2000 DOLLARS FOR MY CROWN TO FALL OFF AFTER 3 MONTHS. ***Dentists are great. Pity they work for a joke of a company. Came in to have $8,000 of work done, I was repeatedly reassured that if i paid X amount that's all I'd need. I paid X amount. Dentists are great. Pity they work for a joke of a company. Came in to have $8,000 of work done, I was repeatedly reassured that if i paid X amount that's all I'd need. I paid X amount. Turns out their billing was a little off ... by $700 additional that I had to put on a high interest credit card to avoid it going to collections. And my crown fell off after THREE MONTHS. Dont let the good reviews fool you. Those were paid reviews.
Late with my appointment, total mismanagement a & communications on payment & extremely expensive.
The staff was friendly but I have never had to spend 4 hours and 45 minutes at any appointment in my life. They way overbook and yay are just stuck sitting there in a very cold lobby!
I felt angry and pissed off. I would never recommend this place to anybody, and have in fact warned everybody I've talked with about it to not ever go there. I have insurance and wanted my semi annual cleaning done. After 2 hours (of which I slept for nearly 30 minutes waiting in the chair) and cleaning price quotes ranging from $1500 down to $500 (if I didn't want the antibiotic "drops") I never actually got my teeth cleaned.
