Went in for pain on 8/3, had X-Ray, ask specifically if there was infection, told no, I just needed to get that root canal (knew already). Sch for next day. Got call at 9:52 on 8/4 for an 11 appt stating they didn't have the supplies needed, & needed to R/S to next week. My mouth is now swollen, feel heart beat in my tooth, no sleep night before, and when I asked what am I supposed to do, per Dr. Chan, I was to use a mouth rinse and floss, and I should be ok. Ended up goin... See More g to another dentist for 2nd opinion, th... read more

Awful experience. DISHONEST AND UNCLEAR SERVICE WITH SURPRISE CHARGES. HAVE SOMEONE WHO IS TRAINED IN MEDICAL BILLING CHECK WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR. They want over 8K for surgery and MOST PROFESSIONAL offices add sedation in. Nope. Not Aspen Dental. They assume an entire mouth surgery doesn't need sedation or offer it until the day of the surgery (they wanted an extra 1200$). Unprofessional and really tried to squeeze out extra money. Check what your insurance covers people.

Do not give them your insurance card until you have agreed on dental plan. I made that mistake and they billed my insurance for that "free exam" and a slew of X-rays. Now my insurance won't pay for the X-rays at the office where I'm have my dental work done. Plus....... Then they sent me a bill for the balance of the "free exam" - which has required three phone calls so far. If they turn me over to collections I will be in the office of the insurance commissioner ......

Disappointed in an unprofessional review of another business made by an employee, Whitney Brewer. Poor form.

They totally redeemed themselves. They took the time to listens to my husbands concerns with his new dentures and did what was needed to make it right.

My husband spent 700.00 the insurance paid the other half. The dentures are the worst I've ever seen. He tried to tell them they were crooked and cutting into his lip. Now he keeps biting his lip. The teeth are barely above the gum line on the inside. He can run his tounge under the inside of the bottom ones. How the hell is supposed to chew like that? They are of the worst quality. The top ones are thinner than the old ones that he had for 6 yrs. And they only cover for 6 months. 3-29-2016. Don't know how he will make it fo... read more
