I thought I was going to have a cleaning but by time they checked my teeth, I met with office manager only to find out it was going to cost me an "insane" amount of 💰💰💰💰, very disappointed, again. Going back to my previous dentist like I should have.

Overpriced!!! Hygienist, Assistant, Receptionist very nice but others, including Dentist very unprofessional: I was charged $1521.40 for a 5-minute evaluation from a dentist, a sub-par cleaning that created a gap in my bottom teeth, and electric toothbrush, and an "antibiotic treatment for gum disease." I thought that I was paying installment payments on a treatment plan for crowns, gum treatment, fillings and much more! I can not continue treatment because of a job situation so am out this money and have absolutely nothing ... read more

This is not only the worst dentist I've ever been to, but the worst business as well. I sat there for 45 minutes past my appointment time after checking in and it wasn't until I asked where the restroom was that they even acknowledged I was there to be seen. The did unnecessary x-rays that they could have gotten from my dentist back home and then sat me in an open room where you could see all the other patients. 20 min later the hygienist poked my gums and just left after telling me I should buy a certain kind of toothbrush.... read more

Made an emergency appointment at 2:45 with back tooth have gone was in so much pain after all said and done left office at 4:15 with them telling me the Doctor was to busy and to many people ahead of me!!!! Omg really after sitting there all that time what's an ER apt for??? Went back the very next morning to get pulled took my money up front for a surgical removal when no cutting or surgery required I asked why I was charged for surgical removal she said let her talk to Doctor needless to say they refunded me 130.00 back mo... read more

The ppl at aspen dental were very nice! However I involuntarily, spent four hours in my day at a dental appointment where nothing got done! No matter how nice the people were four hours is too long

Had a appointment at 9.45 husband had a bad toothache.12.00 they took us back had xrays done waited another 30 minutes Dr.came in looked at him said he needed 2 teeth pulled that one was cracked open and the nerves where exsposed said he could pull them Monday. This was on a Friday we ask him to pull them today he said sorry we close at 1. Wtf we had been there almost 4 hours really. We left went straight to another dentist and they pulled them. Sorry excuse for a dentist.

Ridiculously long waits, double booking, losing appointment data, rude office staff, over pricing, and pathetic/ruinous dental work fully describe the attributes of this institution. I will not be coming back for any other procedures.

Nice facilities, friendly staff, cannot properly bill. They charged my insurance for two cleaning, now six months later I have no benefits to get my teeth cleaned. Not to mention I paid for florid at the visit and then months later received two invoices for different dollar amounts for the same thing.... go somewhere else.
