I was given an appointment to have an impression made to replace my current set of dentures. I made the appointment for 8 AM intentionally so I'd have time to make and travel to another appointment. I arrived promptly, I was taken in promptly - that's where it all fell apart. I was given a chair in a back room and was left alone for an hour - nobody came in, nobody said anything to me - I was basically forgotten about. 3 hour wait! Only one doctor in the building for the 20 people on the schedule this afternoon. Avoid at all costs! Appt was at 3pm. It's now 5:51. If it wasn't an emergency, we'd be outa here. I got a copy of my x-rays. I'm going back to my old dentist ASAP.
Billing department is horrible! Took 8 months to get bill corrected.
They told me one thing and did another I have a abscess tooth they did an "X-ray and gave me medicine and then I left and I have insurance guess it's cause I'm black
My husband was not a fan at all. We went to Aspen bc they were on our list a preferred providers. He came home very upset about his visit. Waited for ever and when he was finally seen by DMD he quickly exited and the nurse or office person came in with her sales pitch. No cleaning or anything. He was told he had several issues and needed a treatment plan to the tune of $1800! All he wanted was a cleaning and to see about a cavity. Will not be returning.
This has been a terrible experience for my friend if u like being in pain and waiting hours then this is the place to go. They gave her noithing for the pain ten days ago then she had to ask for a prescription for antibiotic then they made her wait ten days to pull it. She is in the back waiting 2 hours for them to pull it and numbness is wearing off. This is the worst experience. I would never recommend this place and it is not cheap either.
Anthony, the dental hygienist is very professional and does a wonderful job. Honestly the best hygienist I've ever had working on my teeth. First appointment I waited before being seen for over 2hrs. Spent from 9:30 am until 4pm at their office. I got up and took my kids to daycare today for another appointment today at 7am. Was running behind and got a call at 7:15 am saying because I was late they'd have to reschedule. As much as they charge (which is quite a bit more than ANYWHERE else around) I won't be rescheduling.
Dr.Asis and her staff are excellent. My problem is it took 30 minutes to check out. I had already paid and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to tell me how much my next proposed treatment plan was going to cost in 6 months. Really six months from now my dental needs may be totally different. I was not having extensive dental work just a cleaning.
