So I am adding to my orginal post. Meghan the new office manager DID call me back within 30 min and was very nice and took care of my bill and other problems. Has me setup to see a new doctor on Monday, I couldn't make it til then, to get everything taken care of. So I will rerate them in the next couple of weeks.
