I was somewhat concerned about how long it took (as a new customer) for the initial evaluation. The dentist (who began taking the xrays) didn't put the cape on me and seemed rather flustered on how to proceed with the xrays. I was there nearly 3hrs, but there was a wait. I have my cleaning this upcoming Tue & hope I have a better experience than from the initial evaluation. The office staff were very professional & extremely polite...AWESOME!
I have been having a great service going here thus far no problems and definitely recommend them all. Melissa has been great!

Very good experience everybody was friendly only negative was waiting half hour past appointment time.
So far so good, I had a emergency which I needed to get in and see the dentist,I haven't been to one in many yrs ,due to a bad experience. So I know I need alot done. I was extremely embarrassed when I went in but they did easy my mind ,and that went away made me feel comfortable, and got me set up on what needs to be done . Which is what I kinda expected. Friendly, efficient, bright surroundings, all things to appreciate when going to the dentist. The hygienist did a great job. Felt the doctor was a little hurried.

My husband and I both went in for a cleaning. Our appointments were as scheduled and the hygienist did a really wonderful job cleaning my teeth which I felt the Troy office did not do. They even helped us save money by using a couple discount programs I was enrolled in since I do not have insurance. This saved us over half the original bill that would have been due. Already made appointments for next year too.
Everyone that I came into contact with at Aspen Dental were wonderful ....excellent work.... very pleasant.... I would recommend them to anyone and everyone... I know you usually don't look forward to going back to a dentist but I do now that I have been there
