I'm sixteen and needed my wisdom teeth tooken out. After having the remaining fee paid I went in for the procedure. The staff are VERY friendly and the office is very clean. As I was nervous, they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I have very high regards for the surgeon, Dr. McDonough and the lady who assisted. I can't remember her name exactly but it was Myra I believe. I recommend them, contrary to all these bad reviews. Excellent experience.
The 5 star rating is for the Hygenist Kristi. She is the only one there who has treated me like a person and not a number. She was patient kind and educated me on what was going on. Had I spoken to her when I first went there almost 2 years ago I could have avoided a lot of problems. As far as a review for the Aspen Dental Corporation 0 stars. I only go there because of my insurance.

I was a patient here in the Lima office. Everyone was nice. I had a tooth pulled an put to sleep. All went well. I would refer anyone to go there.
Terrible experience. When you have a problem, they never call you back. I had several separate issues. Problems w/ 1st antibiotic, no call back from anyone. Did dental surgery in what most would call a cubical. Those coming to get teeth cleaned or whitening, walked by the open room, no privacy. Didn’t get me numb. The most painful experience I’ve ever been through and I’ve been told I have a high pain threshold. They took over $1000 from me and provided me no service. Went to another dentist and got my issues fixed fast. Been 2 weeks now and still did not get my refund from aspen dental!
There was no heat in the building for both of my January visits. My consultation and x-rays were great. My second visit I felt like I was at the veterinarian. It was a race to see who could get the next customer. I've had dental work before, and the numbing process was never as rushed as it was at Aspen dental. Very painful and forceful. I went in for an emergency appointment last week and the x-ray service broke after my x-rays were taken. They were suppose to call me to reschedule and I never heard back from them. I cannot get through to a person when I call now and I am stuck on a forever loop being told to leave a message after the tone by 3 different voices.
