Honestly THE worst care I have ever received. I complained of tooth pain and they brushed me off. They told me I was brushing too hard and sent me on my way. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and followed their recommendations. I had pain when chewing, temperature sensitivity, and sensitivity to sugar. I ended up going to another dentist now 6+ months later with worse pain yhan before and was told I had 2 cavities and tooth decay that was so far along I may now need a root canal. the medical treatment has been good. The office administration has been horrible. they over schedule everyday, so plan on being there for an hour before they see you. very unprofessional

Went today, seen the same Dr.I didn't like the first time.I'm gonna talk to Dr.Caldren hisself because I'm very unsatisfied with the service I recently received..

I went in on 3/26/21 as an emergency appointment at 8am. I see a regular dentist every 6 months and have regular cleanings & checkups with almost no issues… The reason for my appointment today was I simply had a chunk of floss stuck in my back molar that was causing me discomfort and I could not see my regular dentist. The dentist at Aspen was very pleasant and removed the floss with no issues. I just saw my typical dentist 1 month ago and was given a clean bill of health. 1. They ordered a crown for my husband in Nov 2020. first two temporary crowns fell out...3rd permanent crown fell out on day one. 2. The office staff LIED when their lab "lost" my hisbands second temporary crown. The first one came in in 2 weeks but didnt fit. second temporary took FIVE FREAKING WEEKS and fell out too. They had the nerve to LIE TO OUR FACES and blame Covid. They told me had I not phoned to complain they would have thought it was in his mouth already. 3. Make sure you keep your receipt. I paid in full at the time of my 3rd visit and received a bill for an additional amount 4 months later. After calling twice, they did nothing to correct the issue. Unfortunately, I have never had a reason to keep a receipt for a dentist before. They only said I didn’t pay the full amount. This is not a place where you pay in installments. For my first visit I had to pay after my exam but before the cleaning. I will not be returning.

I just recently went to Aspen dental for services (extraction, dentures) surprisingly they was the cheapest place close enough to go to. (might I add they actually got me in on the same day). I have started going there not even a week ago and they got me in for my exam, impression, and wax mold, as well as going next Wednesday to get the actual work done. It may be expensive ($7000.00) but thats alot better then ($11,000) at other places. So I would say with the experience I have had so far I am 100% satisfied.

The moment I stepped into the lobby I was not impressed. Very unorganized, everyone seemed very rushed. Once back in the room i waited while others rushed around. Not a bit of privacy as I could see the patient next to me as well as hear their treatment plan. No curtains or doors to promote privacy. Xrays were done next to the front desk so patients coming and going could see you with no issue. Seen the doctor after getting xrays and she pushed braces and invisalign.
