I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Ragland. They are very thorough in their assessment of the dental work that is needed. I do have insurance, which is a help, and they are diligent about contacting the company to take advantage of my maximum benefits. You can pay by appointment, or for your scheduled overall treatment plan. They offer financing for those who do not have insurance, or who cannot afford lump sum payments, at a very reasonable interest rate. As someone who is retired, this is a substantial benefit. Everyone there are fantastic!!! My daughter had really bad experiences with dentists and had wrong diagnosis many time. Took her to Aspen and she was having terrible anxiety attacks. Everyone was so nice and helped calm her down and wasn't nasty to her like she experienced with others. Dr. Ragland was fantastic with her and she lost all anxiety going!!! I went to the Little Rock location without knowing to much about their services because I had recently fell and hit Mouth 1st. And to say teeth meets sidewalk isn’t what you would expect but it happened I lost an important tooth in the Front I was bleeding, sore and insecure. If you think that’s not important when you’re in a profession where you speak to numerous people and your confidence is low it’s makes for bad business. I had a good experience with the dental hygienist Lauren! She is really awesome and very energetic, I feel like we have known each because we have great conversations when I sit down in here chair.
