I have not been to the dentist in a shamefully long time because I have high anxiety about it due to traumatic past experiences. I went to for a check-up. The staff was friendly and Dr Fey was exceptional. We discussed in detail what needed to be done and and why. She also showed me the xrays so I could see what areas she was referring to. I have insurance but the quote for my expenses was very reasonable. I would recommend.
I recently moved to Lubbock and Aspen Dental was covered by my insurance. I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived but It ended up being a very positive experience. The first greeting I received was not very friendly but when the Dental Assistant called me everything was very positive thereafter. Everything is very organized and I felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend this Dental office! The front office staff could be friendlier since first impressions are everything!
Enjoyed how quickly I was able to be seen, and that there was a 7am appointment slot! This meant I did not have to take time out of my work day. Staff was very professional, and went over the cost of everything before setting up my next appointment.
Wait is too long for scheduled appointments. Employees are not welcoming.
