Dr. Shingala and Dr. Meadows are masters of their profession. The office staff has always been extremely friendly and compassionate, especially when it came to my anxiety over dental work. Like most people, I do not like hands in my mouth and my teeth worked on. The doctors and dental assistant alleviated my anxiety by calmly discussing the procedure and post-op instructions. The staff was very professional and treated me and my partner very well. They answered all of our questions before this up-coming procedure and even worked around my school schedule. Up to date, the experience has be exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.
So far all has been good. Everyone has been very polite and professional. I would highly recommend if you have insurance, if no insurance small town Dentists are cheaper.
My husband and I loved our experience with Aspen LBK. Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and helpful from the front desk to the radiology staff. Samantha, the office manager, worked out a schedule that's best for us and helped us with our payment plan, as well. Dr. Patel gave a thorough and honest assessment of his patients.
