I thought everyone there was professional and courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about their jobs, they explained every step of the way. The facility was extremely nice, I would recommend the place to anyone.

My Seven Star Review… shame they only allow 5. I am writing this critique attempting to express my sincere ‘Thank You’ for the awesome health care Aspen Dental at 56th and Slide, in Lubbock has given me. I entered their practice with my first set of dentures… Hurting and Disappointed, another group had just missed the mark. Aspen, I’m sure, think of their approach as a ‘Team Effort,’ and it is. Wonderful. Exactly what I needed. Everyone great and helpful.
The staff was very professional and helpful they made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I was also able to get ahold of the on call dentist after hours and checked through out the weekend to make sure everything okay.
The staff is very nice and helpful the dentist were very busy and do not chat much at all they got me in on the same day I called which is very great but I felt they rushed on me because it was close to 5 pm closing. A little more attention for just a few more minutes makes great customer service and superior work.I hope the end result with my teeth are great. I will wait and see with my follow ups
