You can't call a local number to schedule , they don't have a price , they show commercial about being a new patient that don't have any insurance free exam. It a bunch of crap . They couldn't do any work on my children they had to send us to someone else.
Lousy customer service, poor service, Beware rude staff, no call backs take your my advise go see a real dentist, these franchise company's only want your monies and treat you like cattle . No compassion ! Leave Lufkin !
My biggest complaint was a simple procedure took WAY too long. Granted, I am from out of state and a new patient. I got there 15 minutes early for the paper work and it was down hill from there. Getting the x-rays done was uncomfortable in my mouth also. They stated they were short staffed so running behind. But I noticed another patient getting a tooth pulled who came in after me, was in & out before me! All I needed done was a crown that came off tooth replaced. I had the piece that fell out. Not pleased with front desk Hispanic lady , did not know what she was doing, did not assist me the correct way with my insurance it was a mess, should of been done the day before ! Not greeting people , the rest of the staff was awesome! And my name is misspelled, on the via text message for the review !
The X-ray tech was horrible. She made my mouth bleed because she insisted the film had to be that big to take good shots. Another tech came by and put a smaller slide in my mouth, but my mouth was still bleeding and they said that was the smallest they had. When all was said and done, I was told that this just isn't so, and they should have asked for help when they saw I was bleeding. It's not that hard to take an X-ray.
the hygienist was wonderful, but the receptionist really needs to work on her people skills. You are in CUSTOMER service. That means you explain things to the customer when they have questions instead of saying, "That's just how it is." You also don't be catty with them when they get frustrated because it's taking 10+ minutes to simply check out.
