I went to my appointment and was told I could not come in with my 3 year old son. There website does not list that as a Covid Restriction. So I took a day off of work and drove an hour to be turned away for something I was not informed of. Very poor patient care.

My husband went in for a new upper denture. Was told they could make it and have it ready the next day. He paid in full and was also charged over $550 for a procedure that was discussed, but not done or even scheduled. When he questioned them, was told they’d refunded his debit card. Several days later, no refund. Called again and was told it was because the office was closed for the holidays 💁🏼♀️. Aspen had 10 empty seats, six feet apart, and all ADA guidelines seemed in place due to COVID, HOWEVER, did not allow anyone to sit in the seats. An elderly woman and I sat in the 94 degree heat for 2 1/2 hours waiting. Even though NO patients were in the seats in the lobby, we were told to remain outside the building. NO COMMON SENSE and NO CARE for humans. no it's hard to recommend a dental company that puts you on hold. I call back and the young lady asked me to hold and told her no because I was on hold for over 15 minutes she said she was the only one there and with a customer and put me on hold , I hung up.
