Beware!!! These people messed my sons teeth up. He went in and had to have 3 cavities filled. We did that , after the procedure was done the next day my son was in so much pain and stayed that way until they could get him back in. When we walked in the told us we had a remaining balance that insurance did not pay. Right now we are talking with our insurance and an attorney. I liked the dentist but not the fact that they want you to pay over $9,000 UP FRONT
Sadly I had to leave this dentist office for a new one that made sure my dental work is filed correctly. Trying to get United Concordia and Aspen Dental on the same page doesn’t work! I’m stuck in the middle with a $3,000 bill plus all the money they had me pay up front! My new dentist knew to get predeterminations! I even told them when I paid the up front money that I had no more money and asked if they were sure that was it, because I had no more money! I wasn’t joking!!
Three months of failed extraction attempts, needing adjustments on badly made temporary dentures and being put off for 2 weeks...and now tgey are claiming that my treatment is complete and refusing to refund money for a permanent denture that's been paid for that was not even going to be made until January.
Loved the building and the cleanliness but that was it! The first appointment is free for exam and X-rays but then you talk with office staff to pay ahead for any procedure you need. My son and I had appointments for fillings, we spent 2 hours in the chair for only seeing the dentist 45 minutes for filling and numbing of area. Aspen is fine for teeth cleaning but beyond that, GO ELSEWHERE! My poor sister had all but four teeth extracted for dentures EIGHT months ago and still doesn't have permanent dentures. Not a satisfied customer.

I can deal with the long wait times (including the Dentist leaving in the middle of my procedure because the office manager needed him, causing my anesthesia to wear off). What I can’t deal with is the $700 bill (after paying $250)I received afterwards because they didn’t file on my insurance. Then, refusing assistance from the insurance company, and sending my bill to a collector. When the insurance rep and I call, they always say they’ve “sent it up to regional” but no one contacted my insurance or myself.

I had an appointment set for 5 pm as a new patient to see the oral surgeon because this was the only office that was in network with my insurance and did wisdom teeth removal. I was asked to come in to do new patient paperwork at 4:45 (which I did) I noticed it was the paper work I had already completed online. Just needed the signatures. I waited in the lobby until 5:58, which i had to ask the front desk receptionist if I was forgotten. The staff is a joke! Appointments were cancelled bc the hygienist had a conference. My appointments were scheduled at least two weeks before her conference! The excuse I received resulted from three separate mistakes!!
