I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease. All my questions were answered. Could not have asked for better.
I have a rare genetic disorder and prior to doing anything the staff took the time to ask appropriate questions. They were very reasonable in pricing. There was little wait and everyone was courteous.
I realize that everybody is going to have a different opinion about they feel a great experience is, that's why it's called a review. As for my review, I'd definitely recommend them. The staff is fantastic! The dentist, or Doc, is unbelievably gentle! Susan works her magic with billing! I LOVE THEM ALL! Go try them!
Aspen dental did a really good job. I was in and out in an hour. The staff treated me well. They were professional and friendly from hello to have a nice day.I read a review in which a patient said they were understaffed and he had to wait 3 hours. The two appointments I've been to, they were both sufficiently staffed and timely. I was pleased with the service I received.
I have no complaints. They were super friendly and they got me in and out with no problems.
