RecommendedI have no complaints. They were super friendly and they got me in and out with no problems.
They have always treated me like a rockstar and the Dental assistants are sweet hearts
They have been very nice to me... Anna was real good on deep cleaning my teeth didn't hurt me.... Susan was nice on getting me a plan to get my teeth fixed...
They were very friendly and explained everything I needed to know about what I needed done to my teeth. I was having trouble with finances and they gave me the option to make payments that fit my budget. Only Thing I didn't like was that I had to wait over an hour to be seen and they seemed to be running out of supplies because the nurses kept having to go find things they needed in other patients rooms.
Very professional, dentist was thorough and explained everything and Susan (the lady that did all of the billing, etc) was amazing to work with!
Management,Dentist and Nicole(dental assistant)were most helpful.Nicole answered every question I ask her and if she was not sure of the answer, she went to the right source to to find the answer for me.
Aspen Dental in Lufkin is AWESOME!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist treated you like family. They have been nothing short of professional every time I have gone in.
