For $800, the root canal was cleaned and the nerve was removed, the whole procedure took 1 hour. In the process, they praised hahahaza a lot, it was good in general
pretty solid place, mainly the good thing about this location is the people who work there, they actually seem like they want to help you.
This was my first time going to Aspen Dental even though I've heard about them in the past but insurance and financial reasons stopped me. My experience threw me for a loop because in the past I've had bad experiences with other dentists. I walked into the office and was greeted by last name and informed that I would be helped in a few. To all of you that are talking about insurance... MAYBE you're being charged because your insurance only covers a percentage of each procedure/deductible/ .. or maybe your insurance just sucks. It is your responsibility to check your insurance.. it's YOUR insurance. It is no fault to aspen dental. What a way to start of my Friday morning then with a fresh clean smile. This place is fairy new (4 months) now. I drive pass this place on my way home almost everyday. Checked online to see if it was up and running, for we have a lot of construction going on out here. To my surprise it was and set up an appointment online. Also not to mentioned 5 mins. from home. terrible communication, i was told on two different occasions to come in for phase one of my implant first time they said it wasnt ready after healing for 4 months, second time they said "ohh your here for a cleaning?" wait whatttttt?? i made sure i said the dr is gonna be here today right and they said yes. OVERPRICED they are taxingggg, DO NOT GO HERE.

we have 2 insurances that will pay some/most of the cost of dental work, and once they have both been billed we pay the remaining balance. Jarron called to discuss the cost of care he stated that it was an estimate of $1763.00 for a root canal and it could easily be paid with A CARE CREDIT acct. I told him not interested in that, but once both insurance carriers had been billed we would pay the remaining balance. Guess I should have read the reviews before I came here. This place is a Circus. We take your insurance oh we don't. Oh it covers some stuff but not others. I came in for a bad tooth. Took them over and hour and half for X-rays and more BS. They wanna do a clean and a deep clean and everything else aside what I came here for. Won't be back. Sorry. Get your practice together. Don't waste your time this place is a joke.

Before today I would've recommended this office to people but now I change my rating to poor and very unprofessional.
