They are nice enough I guess but also are pushy about getting procedures done. They will push the dental credit card which carries a high interest rate

I'm afraid to trust them after all these terrible reviews ! I can't take the chance of a big mistake.
Do yourself a favor and do not go here. They put my crown in wrong and for a year I was suffering with jaw pain. I kept going back telling them it was pain from the crown but they said it was my wisdom teeth. They removed those thinking that it was the problem and did a bunch of other things that I did not need done. I went to another dentist and they immediately told me that the crown had been put in wrong and that that was causing my pain throughout the past year.

I had my gap between my teeth fixed at Aspen Dental (Wesley Chapel) last December 2019 and this month of June 2021 the other side of my tooth filling fell off. They told me before they will fix it when it happens so I came back, and they has to do another X-Ray and I paid $132.00 for that. Then, they told me to have another cleaning which is cost for $1,786.00 before they will fix 1 side of my tooth for the gap filling that fell off for $710.00. It's sad that I have to take my own time to write such a thing but it is really frustrating when you go into a cleaning and they tell you that you're not on the schedule... The office manager had booked my appointment on the wrong day and when they asked the hygienist if he had room to see me... with attitude he said sure and to just head back to do a QUICK CLEANING... This dental office structure has no concern for the patient. They tell you, you need extra upsell cleaning services and then refuse to treat you for the cleaning you requested. They used up 3 years of my insurance coverage for exams, so I have been requesting my dental records to get a second opinion. Dr. Patel was awesome when I had my work done at first. However the front office seems to be completely incompetent. Telling me that I never had work done, when I am literally holding the documentation in my hands. Very rude and snippy when they don't get what they want! How unfortunate. I really liked Dr. Patels work. Will not be returning to this office, they need new people up front clearly.

I just moved here from out of state and chose this dentist to be my primary. I dont get insurance through my job so all my procedures are paid out of pocket through a discount program I have. In 2019 I have spent well over in $1700 in procedures. I asked the front office manager for pricing for a wisdom tooth removal and was told $323 plus another $200+ to be put to sleep for one tooth because the oral surgeon has to come in to do it. They "forgot" to put in my husbands prescription after his wisdom teeth removal surgery. Their regular lines were completely unresponsive. Emergency line got no callback. This was a nightmare to deal with.
